Capital T World is a platform that allows users to submit videos from social media platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube), participate in challenges, and vote on content submitted by other users.
Our Platform allows you to submit content by providing links to videos from social media platforms. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Capital T World a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Platform and our business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Platform.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

The Platform and its original content (excluding content submitted by users), features, and functionality are owned by Capital T World and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
The Platform may display content from third-party social media platforms. All such content is the responsibility of the person or entity that provides it. We are not responsible for any third-party content and do not endorse any such content.

Our Platform integrates with various social media platforms to allow you to submit and share content. When using these integrations, you must comply with the terms and policies of those platforms in addition to these Terms.
When you use our Platform's integration with Meta Platforms (including Facebook and Instagram):

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAPITAL T WORLD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Capital T World and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Capital T World regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
